Stuck with an old two storey workshop building, that the client was unable to let, we undertook a measured building survey and evaluated how the client might maximise his asset value by converting the building at relatively low cost into office premises. Quick sketch floor plans and elevations enabled the client to better understand how easily the building could be converted.
